My copy arrived yesterday. Immediately made me question the way I chose to open the novel I'm working on; so thanks for adding to my self-doubt. The world is a pit. Enjoying the book, though!
Enjoying the book quite a bit so far, except for two things that I hope will even out later on. The scene in Pasadena reminded me of when I would scout local locations for a fiction column I did for a local online paper. It's fun, isn't it, scouting out real places for one's fictional characters to get into mischief?
